Compliance and Due Diligence Standards
Due Diligence Requirements and Compliance with Anti-Money Laundering and Money Laundering Regulations.
In order to comply with national and international legal standards related to Anti-Money Laundering, and in order to comply with our internal work procedures, Roxana Rangel V., will request all natural and legal persons who require her services , certain information and documentation.
By virtue of the above, Roxana Rangel V., will carry out two types of processes related to Due Diligence:
For Intermediary Client: It is one that will be carried out, to financial intermediaries such as Banks, Trust Companies, Stock Brokers, Real Estate Brokers, Law Firms, Authorized Public Accountants, Insurance Companies, among others; that provide services to third parties (their clients). These intermediaries guarantee that they are companies or professional organizations that maintain ethical standards that comply with national and international standards for prevention and detection of Money Laundering.
For Individual Clients: In which it will be carried out to any natural or legal person who requests the legal services of Roxana Rangel. Likewise understanding that the final beneficiary of a company in which Roxana Rangel V. is the resident agent will be considered an individual client. In these cases, Individual Clients will guarantee that they maintain ethical and professional standards, and that they do not belong to any type of organization that prevents compliance with international and national prevention and detection standards, Money Laundering and Money Laundering.
All information and documentation presented will be kept in our files following the privacy and data protection guidelines of Roxana Rangel V., this without prejudice to the information that by legal mandate must be presented to a competent entity.
